Wang Liping leads Niutang's food additives business. Named general manager of the business unit in 2004, he has helped drive major growth outside of China and is completing a 40 percent expansion of Niutang's manufacturing capacity for aspartame, sucralose and folic acid.

Before joining the food additives unit, Mr. Wang became the first general manager of Changbing Chemical Co. Ltd., a separate food additive unit launched by Niutang in 1999. At Changbing, Mr. Wang led Niutang's development and production of L-Phenylalanine, which is used for Aspartame production.

Mr. Wang joined Niutang in 1995 as its purchasing manager. In that role, he oversaw acquisition of all raw material, equipment and supplies for the company.
Previously, Mr. Wang worked in sales for Wujin Zhuangghio Telecommunications Plant.

While at Niutang, Mr. Wang completed a professional manager course in business administration at Qinghua University in Beijing.
