Niutang Monk Fruit50 is an extract of the Luo Han Guo fruit and Mogroside V is the principal sweetening component. It is off-white to light yellow powder, and a non-nutritive sweetener. Monk Fruit Extract is freely soluble in water and is approximately 150-250 times sweeter than
sucrose.
