Niutang is committed to ensuring that its customers receive only the highest quality products from our plants. In addition, Niutang collaborates with our customers to ensure that all necessary qualifications and certifications are met to their specifications. We confirm the quality and integrity of our raw material suppliers through an intense qualification procedure which includes supplier questionnaires, on-site audits, in-house sample analyses, and pilot scale process trials. We also continue to invest in and upgrade the Quality Assurance Department by ensuring the required analytical equipment and technical resources are available and continuously improved.

Niutang has a highly trained and experienced Quality and Technical staff that makes sure our products meet worldwide quality and food safety standards. Niutang's products are manufactured to the US Food and Drug Administration's CFR 21 Part 110 Current Good Manufacturing Practice(cGMP) in Manufacturing, Packing, or Holding Human Food. Our products are tested against international compendia test methods, and meet the required specification for each monograph.

 

HACCP is a critical component to Niutang's Quality initiatives. Our Moody International Certified HACCP program incorporates the following elements:



  • Addressing potential hazards for chemical, physical and microbiological contamination.
  • Determine Critical Control Points(CCPs)
  • Established critical limits to ensure control
  • Established monitoring system
  • Determine any required corrective actions when needed.
  • Program effectiveness
  • Documentation and record keeping

 

 

Quality assurance is a key component of Niutang, and is instilled in every one of our employees. All manufacturing employees are required to complete a comprehensive training program that includes cGMP, and the highest standards for sanitation, food safety and environmental controls.
